Grey's Anatomy star Chandra Wilson played some #ThrowbackThursday games with Steve Harvey, and reminisced about the early days on the hit television drama.

Chandra Wilson's most memorable moment from hit television drama "Grey's Anatomy" was her work on the very first pilot episode.

It was her first experience being a series regular on a primetime drama, and she had lots of lines and monologues attributed to her character.

"It was really about setting up the kind of woman Dr.

Miranda Bailey was going to be, and how I was going to treat those interns," she said. "If ever I'm confused about who this woman is, I always go back to that first episode."

To start the segment, Wilson and Harvey walked through the "Throwback Timeline."

"We tracked down some footage," Harvey said.
"Uh oh," said Wilson.

They showed some video of Wilson in 1982, performing in glitzy gear when she was first learning how to sing and dance on stage.

Harvey also showed more pictures of Wilson when she was at school at New York University, and when she had a role on The Cosby Show.

"I got my union card out of that one," Wilson said.

"I was in the union after that." She performed for a few years on Broadway, including a production with Hilary Swank, and then in 2004, she joined the cast of "Grey's Anatomy."

She was on Broadway on the time, auditioning for "Avenue Q", and 11 seasons later, she's now a director who has directed a number of "Grey's Anatomy" episodes.

Wilson also has a short film in cycle called "Muted", about a mother whose daughter goes missing. "It's about that journey and the effect it has on this woman and this family."
