After sharing her touching story of survival on The Ellen Show, Calysta "Caly" Bevier decided to give America's Got Talent a shot. The result was a Golden Buzzer from one of the toughest judges, Simon Cowell.

Calysta was featured on The Ellen Show where she shared her story of survival and got to meet Rachel Platten, the "Fight Song" singer whose song got Caly through her tough battle with ovarian cancer at such a young age.

She walked on to the stage and Howie Mandel asked her what her dream was, Caly told him it was to win America's Got Talent as a singer.

Caly said she doesn't want to compare herself to anyone and Mandel said that it was good. Caly told her story of survival after Mandel pointed out that he liked her hair.

The judges agreed that Caly was an inspiration before she even began her performance.

Caly went to her go-to song, the song that matched her story, "Fight Song." Caly showed no signs nervousness and gave one of the best America's Got Talent performances of the season so far next to 12-year-old Grave Vanderwaal.

The Caly's performance of "Fight Song" got a standing ovation from the crowd and all of the judges.

The 16-year-old got nothing but positive feedback from the judges and Cowell praised Caly's spirit and choice of song. The feeling was so incredible for Cowell that he pressed the Golden Buzzer and sent her through to the big shows.
