Fox News Channel's legendary news personality Bill O'Reilly (@oreillyfactor) welcomed former defense secretary and former CIA director Leon Panetta to talk about military issues in the Middle East, and even went so far as to say that ISIS is winning the battle.

O'Reilly is known for his strong opinions against Obama and his policies, and tonight the bold statements continued as he said President Obama doesn't have the stomach to handle the terrorist group ISIS in a proper way, and because of that he believes that ISIS is winning their battle.

While O'Reilly gave brief praises to Panetta's work as the Secretary of Defense, he mainly bashed President Obama and tried to get Panetta to agree with his very strong opinions and say something bad about Obama and ISIS.

According to O'Reilly, President Obama has made "colossal blunders" with how he has handled the troops in the Middle East, while Panetta did his best to keep things in context and remain neutral in his stance. Panetta took a more conventional approach to keep it fair for Obama.

According to Panetta, President Obama "kind lost his way," and that the U.S. is looking at, "kind of a 30-year war," saying that Obama's withdrawal of troops from Iraq gave ISIS a greater potential to rise.

Leon Panetta's new book, "Worthy Fights" is a memoir from his time working as defense secretary and CIA director. In the memoir he talks about certain causes of the Middle East crisis, and how the Unites States will face threats from foreign terror groups for decades to come.
