Tuesday is the day. Beth Stern--Howard Stern's wife--will appear on the show to chat with show writer, Benjy Bronk, about her new children's book, "Yoda: The Story of a Cat and His Kittens."

Last week, we learned Howard Stern was going to take the back seat while Benjy Bronk spearheads the interview, and while he admitted to some nerves on Monday morning, we're all pulling for a promising conversation.

Beth's new book is currently available for order on Amazon, and will be available for hard copy on November 18. All proceeds from the book will be donated to the North Shore Animal League.

According to Amazon.com story description: "Beth fosters kittens, too, and before long Yoda discovered them--and his life purpose. Now he's happy, and fluffy, and very, very busy.

He makes sure the orphan kittens eat, he keeps them safe, and he even cleans up after them.

Yoda acts like a father and mother to the foster kittens that fill his home, and taking care of others has helped him too: even though Yoda has a serious heart condition, he's made a miraculous turnaround, and is healthier than doctors thought he could be."

"This cat was in terrible shape," Stern said. "Now he's gorgeous."

The other day, Beth had to go out and asked Stern to watch Yoda. They spent the day watching television on the couch, when Stern was subjected to an unseemly stench!

"Yoda had doodee caught in his fur," Stern said. "I didn't realize how much there was, so I took a baby wipe to clean it, because, you know, I love him and I don't care." So he's tugging on the fur and trying to clean Yoda up, and the cat is getting upset, and Stern called Beth and Beth told him to get a brush...

and it was a struggle to get all the doodee out. And then Jimmy Kimmel called, and asked what Stern was up to. And this was it.

"By the way this scene is not in Beth's book," Stern said.

"This is the sequel," Robin joked.
