The Howard Stern SiriusXM radio show listeners were in for a treat today as Stern's wife Beth visited as part of the promotion for her new book "Yoda Gets A Buddy."

Beth began by complimenting Stern and telling him how cute he looked, according to MarksFriggin. She also mentioned his posture and how he sat like he owned the place. After years of being married Beth is still attractive to Stern and the two were very open about it.

Both Beth and Howard Stern admitted that they are equally bad at staying for events, however, Stern believes that he always gets blamed when they have to leave early.

The husband and wife have a real love for their animals and Beth said that she likes being home with the kittens.

They also discussed the fact that Beth can sleep through anything and Stern raised the Mission Impossible film as one of the examples.

Stern continued to talk about how upset he was that he could never get the first row at Madison Square Garden for a Knicks game but eventually got into "Yoda Gets A Buddy" and the great cause that it is benefitting.

"Howard said that Beth has started her promotional tour for her book 'Yoda Gets A Buddy.' Howard said they're raising money for these animals who are in cages," according to MF.

The Sterns want to build a cage-free center for animals in order to provide a better experience for animals who have to be moved to shelters. The book is one of the ways that they are raising money to build the center along with donations from celebrities like Rachel Ray and Billy Joel, according to Stern. Oddly enough, Robin Quivers named her cat Yoda following the release of the book but Beth said that it was discussed privately.

Quivers is also the voice of the audiobook for "Yoda Gets A Buddy". Beth told Stern and his fans about a signing she attended and was genuinely excited that so many children showed up.

It was also revealed that David Spade is the voice of Buddy in the new installation of Beth's book. The Sterns have 17 plus foster cats and Stern says it keeps Beth constantly cleaning.

Stern asked his wife what are some of the things that annoy her about him, to which she brought up the fact of her being bothered when she is in the middle of something that she can't walk away from.

Both of them are happy that Stern will not be doing America's Got Talent anymore because they will be able to spend more time together.

She may have also hinted to Stern resigning with SiriusXM by saying no when asked if she thinks Stern would ever retire. So there is some hope for Stern Show listeners, if they ever lost it.
