The Avett Brothers will perform Legendary Giveback 3, the highly anticipated cause-driven concert on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at 9 p.m. at the House of Blues Myrtle Beach in North Myrtle Beach, S.C.

"This year's Legendary Giveback should be bigger and better than ever," said Scott Avett, lead singer and co-founder of The Avett Brothers.

"House of Blues is a fantastic venue, and Myrtle Beach will be a great place for our fans to wind down 2014 while helping some great charities raise a lot of money for the new year."

The high-profile event will also be live-streamed on Yahoo Live, one of 365 concerts to stream over a 12-month period featuring global superstars and emerging artists across genres from rock to pop, hip hop to electronic.

Fans will also have the freedom to stream the Legendary Giveback 3 concert wherever they are with the Yahoo Screen app on iOS, Android, mobile Web, desktop and Smart TV platforms including Apple TV, Roku and Xbox 360.

As in previous years, the focal point for this night of music is on giving back.

Proceeds from this year's event will benefit Kids First of the Carolinas, a grassroots community organization that helps children and families in need; Lowcountry Food Bank, which aims to end hunger in the coastal region of South Carolina; and St.

Jude Children's Research Hospital(R), which leads the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other deadly diseases.

"With this year's Legendary Giveback streaming on Yahoo Live, which is part of one of the world's most-visited websites, we are sure to create widespread support for our charity partners," added Tom Barbitta, senior vice president of marketing and sales for Cheerwine.

"While we're far from being the largest soft drink company in America, our purpose is resolute: to demonstrate that everyone can make a difference - even the little guy."
