Alex Williamson (@shooterwilliamson) is the YouTube comedian behind "Aussie Sniper: The Most Unreliable Sniper In Military History."

The video is an obvious spoof of Oscar-nominated film, "American Sniper." "American Sniper" stars Bradley Cooper portraying Navy SEAL sniper, Chris Kyle, and "Aussie Sniper" stars Alex Williamson portraying, um, himself? The parody was uploaded to YouTube on January 22, 2015.

It's a great way to laugh at one of the Academy's choices for Best Picture, because it's so very, very flawed. But will probably still win. Ten points for Alex Williamson.

The YouTube comedian is a huge hit in Australia, and has racked up over 18 million views in his Internet career. He will be going on tour in Australia beginning in mid-February.

Williamson's claim to fame seems to be poking fun at the Australian cultural stereotypes. His most successful video, with almost 3 million views, is "Loosest Aussie Bloke Ever." For those of you who are like myself and need a constant brush up on Australian slang because it's unfortunately not used every day in America for whatever stupid reason, according to Urban Dictionary, "loose" means "uncouth, unreliable, or unpredictable." Check it.

It's effing funny. My favorite quote is: "House cats are direct relatives of lions."
