Jose Zamora applied to between 50 and 100 jobs a day but it turned out that he had to "drop the letter, to get the title" according to a BuzzFeed video.

"During his months-long job search, he says he logged onto his computer every morning and combed the internet for listings, applying to everything he felt qualified for," said the HuffingtonPost.com.

Feeling like he was going nowhere with his search he decided that he would drop the S in his name just to see what would happen. Just seven days after he removed the S from his resume, he started to get an influx of responses from everyone offering him the position.

The only thing that was changed on his resume was his name not his experience and qualifications.

He felt that he was being judged by his name rather than his qualification but remains that maybe people aren't conscious of the fact that they are making that judgement.

"Sometimes I don't even know or think people are conscious or are aware that they are judging even if its just by name," said Zamora, "but i think we all do it all the time."
