Anthony Cumia and Howard Stern are not friends.

For years they were radio rivals who went up against each other in morning drive and more recently Stern blew off an opportunity to say that no matter what he thought of Cumia, he should not have been fired for remarks made while not on the air.

Cumia, and his former radio partner Greg "Opie" Hughes have never been fans of Stern.

He was openly mocked often on "The Opie and Anthony Show" and, in recent years, they suggested that certain guests were barred from doing their program because Stern wanted exclusivity.

There's a lot of water under the bridge between the two men, which made it all the more surprising when Cumia posted the following to Twitter.

While admitting you like a movie is not a big deal, admitting you like one starring someone who so recently decided it wasn't worth his time to help you is.

It's a small matter, but it shows a lot about Cumia and how he conducts his new subscription-based audio and video program "The Anthony Cumia Show." On that program, Cumia expresses his own views clearly, but he lets guests who disagree with him have their say.

Cumia is outspoken and his beliefs are never hidden, but he makes it clear that he can still like and respect someone he disagrees with on gun laws or racial tensions.

"The Anthony Cumia Show" can be found at AnthonyCumia.com. It airs Monday through Thursday from 4-6 p.m. Subscriptions start at $6.99 a month but cost less for longer commitments.

Stern's program, "The Howard Stern Show," can be heard on SiriusXM satellite radio from Monday through Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
