Amy Poehler Wants Howard Stern to Stop Talking About JD Harmeyer's Girlfriend

On the Howard Stern Show Monday morning, Amy Poehler--a fan of the Stern Show--told Stern she did not appreciate all the talk about JD Harmeyer's girlfriend.

"I find it very stressful," Poehler said. "A new relationship needs to grow, and if it's brought in here, it's going to be ruined!"

In many (if not all) shows recently, Stern has mentioned JD Harmeyer's preference for enjoying the pleasures of "Web Cam Girls", and in the past, has addressed the effect of this fascination on his alleged relationship with a new girlfriend.

"Are you his girlfriend? Is that what you're telling us?" Stern asked.
"I'm not saying I am, I'm not saying I'm not, but whoever she is, she's very special," Poehler said.

Stern defends his interrogation because JD's girlfriend is most likely an effect of being a part of the Howard Stern Show.

It is pretty impressive to say one works for Howard Stern, and it would be no surprise that JD has them lining up at the door.

"It's too early for it to be dragged in to the light," Poehler said. "It feels too sensitive. Give it a few months."

Debate about who the girlfriend is has been trailing for weeks, to no avail, and she remains a mystery in the Stern Studio. JD first mentioned he had a girlfriend this summer, back in July.

Considering it's bordering on November, the talk about JD's girlfriend most likely will not dwindle, even if Poehler isn't a huge fan of the topic.
