Musically, the Red Hot Chili Peppers happens to be one of the best alternative rock bands. They prove why they deserve to be mentioned with the best in their new album The Getaway.

From the album titled single, to the final track on The Getaway, fans could tell that the Red Hot Chili Peppers made it a case to stay true to their true nature and their original sound.

They do have pretty high standards after classic albums like By The Way, Stadium Arcadium and Blood Sugar Sex Magik.

From the fan standpoint, the favorite tracks from The Getaway album seem to be "Dark Necessities," "The Getaway" and "We Turn Red," however the album in its entirety features that psychedelic sound that fans love.

"Goodbye Angels" in particular is sonically one of the best tracks on the album and the build up within it is absolutely intense.

There is no denying that the Red Hot Chili Peppers consistency is never in question with their albums.
