50 Cent Bankruptcy Update: Expenses Are $108,000 Monthly, G-Unit in the Red

At first the 50 Cent bankruptcy news may have been a joke to fans but now it looks like things are actually pretty hard for the rapper to keep up with as he said his monthly expenses are $108,000.

"Rapper 50 Cent says in a Connecticut bankruptcy court filing he spends $108,000 a month on his expenses, including $5,000 for gardening," according to USA Today.

"He has a monthly income of $185,000, mainly from royalties and interest on his investments. But he's paying $72,000 a month to maintain his suburban Hartford mansion."

It looks like the cost of maintaining the high standards of the $4.1 million home that was once Mike Tyson's is becoming a little too much for the rapper.

50 filed for bankruptcy last month and said that he was doing so take the proper measures necessary to protect his assets.

However, things seem ever worse for 50 in that aspect as TMZ is reporting that his G-Unit brand has been doing more damage that it has been good.

"50 Cent's financial woes are coming into focus ... because new financial docs show G-Unit Records and G-Unit Brands have cost 50 more than $10 million over the last three years," according to TMZ.

"According to new documents filed as part of 50's bankruptcy, the two branches of G-Unit have been in the red each of the last three years -- $10.45 million in losses. The silver lining ...

they've done better this year ... they're still losing dough, but not as much."

All the financial woes in the world can't stop 50 Cent from making light of the Drake and Meek Mill beef on Instagram while he also recently posted a photo of Ja Rule where he calls him a punk in the caption.

The photo was posted to address Ja Rule's statements made on the Power 105.1 Morning Show according to 50's caption.
