The most recent winner of America's Got Talent, Grace VanderWaal, visited The Ellen Show to be interview by Ellen DeGeneres and also to perform the song that got her the Golden Buzzer from Howie Mandel titled, "I Don't Know My Name."

DeGeneres welcomed VanderWaal to the show and asked her if she knew she would win the competition. VanderWaal says it's always like a magician type of act that wins AGT. She also said that she found out the meaning of the comparison to Taylor Swift.

It was Swift's strength and opinion that Simon Cowell was talking about when he made the initial comparison. VanderWaal has only been writing her own music for one year and learned to play the ukulele from YouTube.

I love you so much you're the reason I'm where I am today. I couldn't have done it without you @vanderandii

VanderWaal didn't have any money saved so winning the big $1 million prize was a pretty big moment for her. After her interview with DeGeneres, VanderWaal took the stage armed with her ukulele.

She started strumming along as she sang one of her original songs that won over AGT viewers and everyone who witnessed her performance after her video went viral.
