Andrew Moore, also known as Kryoman, has been in the electronic music industry for over 15 years.

He has witnessed the evolution of dance music since it first came about. Kryoman started out during the early warehouse rave days, and has continued to amaze fans and ravers as the industry grew and rose from the underground.

Kryoman is half man and half machine. He has come to be known as a robot, and is the brains behind both the audio and visual aspects of many EDM artist sets and tours around the world. Kryoman has designed a number of technological aspects that are going into the "Aokify America Tour", including the arc, the claws, the 3D robots and Aoki's show jacket. The arc is an archer's bow wrapped with high-powered multicolored LED that shoots CO2 out of the bow.

The claws are two hands that are loaded with high-powered multicolored LED that also shoots outs CO2 for over 40 feet. The 3D robots are concealed as pieces of the staging and look like four stacked towers.

However, they come alive during the set as transformers and walk around the stage shooting clouds of freezing gas.

Lastly, Steve Aoki's show jacket is a high collared leather vest covered in high-powered multicolored LED with his tour logo on the back.

While on tour with Steve Aoki, Empty Lighthouse had the opportunity to interview Kryoman at their stop in Columbus about his background, upcoming plans and more. We also had the opportunity to witness the amazing set - read on!
