Sheryl Crow, who has been touring the country in support of her "Feels Like Home," album has taken some time away from touring to raise money for breast cancer research.
A breast cancer survivor herself, the singer has a unique way to support the cause.

Crow has been working with Chateau St.
John on the "Notes of Hope" campaign which raised over $100,000 for breast cancer research in 2013.
The project allows participants to place notes on a wall that can be shared with loved ones going through a cancer battle (or any other trauma).
