The current WWE staging area has been the same ever since it debuted back in 2016. Well things might be changing as Smackdown heads to the Fox network on October 4th.

The ever reliable WrestleVotes Twitter page has revealed that both Smackdown and Raw might have different stages heading into October.

That's not all because WWE TV will also see the return of weekly pyro. You can read the report down below.

"This coming week of TV is the final week with the current entrance stage. Both RAW & SmackDown are getting an updated, fresh feeling set. News I think everyone will enjoy: Pyro returns to weekly television next week. Fireworks will once again be a fixture on WWE TV.."

WWE initially got rid of pyro on most PPVs and weekly TV shows as a cost cutting measure. Now it looks like Fox has pressured WWE to bring them back on a weekly basis.

Before, pyro only featured in big stadium shows like WrestleMania and Super Showdown. It should be fun for fans to see pyro again on a weekly basis because it adds more flavor to the Superstar entrances.

We'll probably have to wait and see next month in order to know what the new staging areas look like. Hopefully it looks vastly different than what we had before.
