Comedian Chelsea Handler made yet another power move in her chess game with Instagram by reposting her topless photo that was removed from Instagram a few weeks ago questioning their policies.

Handler posted the photo with a caption reading, "Just so I'm clear, Instagram...it's ok to use nudity to sexualize yourself on your site, but not to make a joke? I'm just so confused." Taking yet another shot at the social media company, Handler points out that her photo was not to promote her body, but to poke fun at Vladimir Putin's horseback ride.

She compares Kim Kardashians post as a way to sexualize and promote her body questioning the process that Instagram goes through when screening photos.

"Don't share photos or videos that show nudity or mature content," says Instagram's Community Guidelines in their "What Not To Do Section," "If you wouldn't show the photo or video you are thinking about uploading to a child, or your boss, or your parents, you probably shouldn't share it on Instagram. The same rule applies to your profile photo. Accounts found sharing nudity or mature content will be disabled and your access to Instagram may be discontinued.

While we know that families use Instagram to capture and share photos of their children, we may remove images that show nude or partially nude children for safety reasons.

Even when these images are uploaded with the best of intentions, this content could be re-shared and used by other people in unanticipated and inappropriate ways. You can learn more on our Tips for Parents page."

While this is clearly a fixed rule and explains while Handler's post was removed, there is not answer to why Kardashian's post, which clearly shows nudity, hasn't been taken down as of recent.

With that in mind, Handler posts her photo to see what the social media giant will do next.
