It's the release day for Seth Rogen's Sausage Party film and he decided to have a little bit of fun before-hand.

Rogen and Sony concocted a grocery store prank that would be carried out in NY to show people just what their fruits and veggies are thinking.

"Seth Rogen shows the people of New York that our food has feelings. #SausagePartyMovie, in theaters tonight!" read the caption of the video posted to Sony Pictures Entertainment's official YouTube channel.

Rogen took on the role of a melon in a local grocery store in New York. The prank uses and animatronic melon that tells a bunch of jokes.

Don't worry it's not just the melon that had some attitude. There was some bread and a big sausage that had some choice words for those who were eating their family.

Rogen made multiple appearances on late night television in the past couple of weeks where he detailed the creation of the film and much more.

You can watch the hilarious reactions to the Grocery Store Prank in the video below and catch Sausage Party which is now playing in theaters.
