Actor Vince Vaughn visited The Ellen Show, however, there was something a bit different, no, very different about him. Vaughn was sporting a new hairdo and let's just say it's a lot thicker than we've seen before.

DeGeneres welcomed Vaughn to the show and he came out sporting a Bieber-styled hairdo. The host pointed out that Vaughn looked different and younger.

Vaughn brushed it off at first but DeGeneres asked if he had cut or dyed his hair. Vaughn said it was just a great fall cut and DeGeneres was such a great person she wouldn't point it out.

The host couldn't take it anymore and took off the wig that Vaughn was wearing to reveal that he was in fact sporting a very short, buzzed cut. DeGeneres wanted to know why Vaughn shaved his head, and he said it was completely bald for a movie, however, it is starting to grow in again.

The film was Hacksaw Ridge, which Vaughn is now promoting. He did add that his daughter liked to make fun of him because of the haircut.

Meanwhile, Vaughn said the film was based on a true story, one he had never heard. He said it was an inspiring story of Desmond T. Doss who stayed true to his convictions and saved a lot of people without carrying a weapon in World War II. You can watch Vaughn's interview from The Ellen Show in the video below. Hacksaw Ridge hits theaters on November 4.
