Well it looks like Suicide Squad won't be the biggest release of next Friday.

Travis Scott has shared an official release date for his highly anticipated album Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight and it's so close we can almost hear it.

Scott chose the Ford Amphitheatre in Coney Island as the place to make the big announcement. It was caught in a fan video and is now having everyone completely hyped for next week.

You can hear Scott repeatedly say August 5, which is more concrete than the previous announcements. There seems to be more weight being held this time around after Scott solidified a deal with Apple Music.

"According to Travis, Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight will be dropping August 5th, which happens to be next Friday.

The album will be released via Apple Music and feature the lead single 'Pick Up The Phone' with Young Thug & Quavo," according to HotNewHipHop.

As if the announcement wasn't good enough, Scott also previewed a new track that has a similar tone to that of "Pick Up The Phone." The first impression from the tracks we've heard so far would leave us to say this is a much lighter feel from Scott. Fans will be getting a double dose of Scott as he is also featured on DJ Khaled's Major Key album dropping this Friday.

Scott is on a track called "Tourist" alongside Lil Wayne. Are you ready for Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight? As Scott would say, on August 5, the kids eat.
