6. The Billmeyer Trail: The Billmeyer Trail is a moderate 3.2-mile hike through the Appalachian Mountains, offering panoramic views of the Potomac River and the forest. Visitors can also explore nearby rock formations and other natural features.
7. Green Ridge State Forest Wildlife: Green Ridge State Forest is home to a variety of wildlife including deer, bear, wild turkey, and numerous bird species. Visitors can observe and appreciate the wildlife in their natural habitats.
