Trainer Tracy Anderson Shares Her Workout With Everyone

Tracy Anderson trains Gwyneth Paltrow and other celebrities, but she's also willing to share her tips with her many fans on Twitter.

In addition to letting them know where to find her on various media (and she does a lot of appearances) Anderson also shares links to free advice.

She also has been outspoken that people don't need to compare themselves to her famous clients.

"I became very disenchanted with the whole celebrity thing many years ago because it's not healthy," Anderson told Elle.

"People never look at themselves and say, 'How do I make my light shine the brightest? How do I showcase my individual beauty?'"

The trainer believes that ideally people should work out a minimum of an hour a day, six days a week, but she's willing to help everyone achieve that.
