The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a car that went crashing into people at Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
According to reports, approximately a dozen people were hurt when a driver drove into a crowd of at the celebration. The location was Orleans and Carrolton.

According to one witness, the driver was 'out of it'. However, WWL-TV is reporting that someone was arrested.

There were unconfirmed reports that the vehicle was a black truck, which hit a car, which then hit other vehicles.
Another person is reporting that the parade continued. That is also unconfirmed.
