For the first time, Red Nose Day is happening in America. With almost 100 of Hollywood's favorite stars including Tyler Posey coming out in support, it's one of the biggest celebrity driven campaigns.

Red Nose Day is a campaign dedicated to helping children and young people who are living in poverty. The campaign is put on by Comic Relief, an non-profit organization based in the United Kingdom.

Red Nose Day has been a part of the UK for the past thirty years and aims to inspire people through having fun. Last year, the campaign raised $157 Million with a seven hour TV event that had a live audience.

A major factor of Red Nose Day is entertainment and gets a lot of support from comedians, musicians, and actors. "Teen Wolf" star, Tyler Posey, teamed up with M&M to make people laugh.

Anna Kendrick gave her support by starring in a short reboot of "Indian Jones", where she plays.

Peter Dinklage's sneak peek video, where he sings about the dead characters from"Game of Thrones", has become a viral hit. There are more videos on the NBC web-pagededicated to the event.

NBC is working with the co-founder of Red Nose Day, Richard Curtis, to introduce the campaign to the USA. "Experience has taught me hoe extraordinarily compassionate and generous Americans can be, and I've lived my whole life in awe of American comedy talent," Curtis explained when asked his reasoning behind the United States launch.

A form of showing support for the campaign is the use of a red ball placed on the nose, like one a clown might wear. Twitter, snapchat, and Instagram are urging people to take pictures of themselves with the red nose.

Celebrities from Kim Kardashian to Zachary Levi to Wendy Williams have been showing their support. Stars' red nose pictures can be found on the official Red Nose Day Instagram.

Charity Water, a non-profit set out to provide clean and safe drinking water to nations that need it.

Children's Health Fund, the nation's leading pediatric provider for homeless and low-income children.

Feeding America, a network of 200 feed banks through out America. Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance and Save the Children, dedicated to giving kids a healthy start, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm, are a handful of the charities.

NBC is hosting a live three-hour TV special, tonight starting at 8. The special will be hosted by Seth Myers, David Duchovny, and Jane Krakowski.

It will feature comedy sketches, videos by Funny or Die, and short films of stars visiting and helping children in need.

A "Game of Thrones" musical with cast members Kit Harington, Peter Dinklage, Iwan Rheon, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Emilia Clarke, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Mark Addy, John Bradley, Rose Leslie, Alfie Allen and Charlotte Hope.
