Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla--the brains behind popular comedic YouTube channel, SMOSH--released the trailer for this year's installment of their epic food battle series. 'Food Battle 2014' premieres this Friday, November 21. Who do you think will win?

Food Battle 2014 represents the ninth year of food battles, and is back with "nine time the action, nine times the bloodshed, and nine times whatever the f*** that thing is." "That thing" is a mysterious black box labeled "wut" that Anthony is seen flinging around in a bush while cursing heavily.

We can only imagine.

Throughout the month of October, fans and followers were encouraged to vote for the food that Anthony would use to go up against Ian's infamous pink frosted sprinkle donut. Fans had the choice of: jaw breaker, bear claw, vegan cheesecake, dragonfruit, barbecue soy rib, rock candy, pineapple, and a stick of gum.

Each food put forth a music video in order to show their stuff, and in the end, it came down to dragonfruit vs. rock candy.

"Food Battle: The Game" is available as an app for iPhone and iPad, and you can download it by visiting the iTunes Store.

The IndieGoGo campaign, which ended in August 2014, raised $258,517 (out of a goal of $250,000) to develop the game.

In light of the end of the release of "Food Battle: The Game", Kyle Hillard at Game Informer chatted with the pair about video game and their Youtube fame.

"Food Battle, based on a video the two create annually where they battle with a donut and an assortment of foods, is an action RPG coming to mobile devices this year," Hillard wrote. In the interview, Ian Hecox said, "Food Battle is a long-running series that we have on our channel. It goes back to 2006.

We do an annual video called Food Battle. It's something our viewers are very familiar with. They're always asking, 'When's the next Food Battle?'"

In a sudden and gruesome turn of events, Ian was the winner of Food Battle 2013, and celebrating by running around the city wearing his mother's brassiere.

Will Ian be able to defend his title, or succumb to the delicious might of Anthony's mystery food? Tune in Friday to find out.
