Transformer star Shia LaBeouf was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication but did his latest tweets hint to a wild night?

"According to police docs, the officer initially stopped LaBeouf because he and a group of people were jaywalking across a busy street in downtown Austin on Friday night, but the officer quickly noticed Shia's speech was slurred and he smelled of alcohol," according to TMZ.

"LaBeouf initially tried to back away from the cop, and suggested he let him go for a strange reason. According to the officer, Shia said LAPD usually lets him go because they had killed a friend of his."

What's stranger is the last two tweets that LaBeouf released two tweets that may have been signs to some strange behavior coming.

The first read, "I talk, just not to you" which may have been a sign that LaBeouf was in some type of argument.

The next tweet simply read, "bombs away." It is unclear whether that latter tweet was a sign that LaBeouf was going to be going a little wild for the night but the two tweets were his first since September 16.

"LaBeouf's last ditch effort to sway the officer was claiming he's a member of the National Guard, and barked ... "Do whatever the f**k you gotta do!" according to the report.

LaBeouf became a viral sensation this year after a motivational speech of his circulated with "just do it" being the catchphrase. LaBeouf has also had previous run-ins with the law.
