One Direction, Jimmy Fallon & The Roots Sing 'Santa Claus Is Coming To Town'

As One Direction, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots cram inside a small cabin-like room there was not telling that they would burst out into the famous Christmas song "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town."

It was no Neil Diamond performance, but the group used some very tiny instruments to create a big sound for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The entire team got together and just as Fallon set up the camera everyone got ready to sing their hearts out. Armed with some ugly Christmas sweaters they began belting out the famous holiday song starting with Fallon.

One Direction then gave their contribution and The Roots played a huge part in making it all come together in a harmonious and fun Christmas package for the fans.

There was of course a little remixing with a One Direction member using "The Rooty Root Root's" who followed that with "and One Direction," making the song their own.

It wasn't a huge performance by any means but it sure looked like a ton of fun to be a part of.
