This Thursday marks the premiere of the new season of "The Biggest Loser: Glory Days," and trainers Dolvett Quince, Jessie Pavelka and Jennifer Widerstrom discussed the all new season and star studded contestants.

With Damien Woody and Zina Garrison being two or the huge names on this upcoming season of "The Biggest Loser," the trainers themselves needed to do a bit of research before they dive into the workouts.

In terms of familiarity with the contestants, Quince says, "I was familiar with Damien Woody in terms of being a Super Bowl champion and also Zina Garrison.

I remember my dad used to be a really big fan of hers. Outside of that there weren't any other familiar faces for me."

Woody, former offensive lineman for the New England Patriots and current ESPN Analyst, is a two-time Superbowl Champion and well known in the NFL for his accomplishments.

After seeing many of his former NFL colleagues lost to weight related issues, the father of seven is deciding to make a change in his lifestyle and compete for gains that will benefit himself and his family.

Meanwhile Pavelka says, "I knew who Damien Woody was due to the Super Bowl.

I played football. So it was kind of one those things where, you know, you can't help but love the sport after you've played it and continued to kind of stay connected to it."

"I knew Zina just because, I mean she's just a legend in her right," said Widerstrom. "And you do not want to see me with a tennis racquet. But I certainly knew who she was."

Zina Garrison won both the Wimbledon and U.S. Open junior titles and was ranked the world's No.

1 junior player, according to NBC, "the three-time Grand Slam mixed doubles champion and women's doubles gold medalist and singles bronze medalist at the 1988 Olympic Games," realized that she a changed needed to be made after losing her sister last year to a stroke.

Garrison has coached both Venus and Serena Williams to winning gold medals in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics.

The new season of "The Biggest Loser" will premiere this Thursday on NBC and both Woody and Garrison will look to take charge of their workouts in hopes to build on a healthier lifestyle.
