Mac Miller Talks With YouTube On His Favorite Collaborations

Mac Miller chatted with YouTube Nation yesterday and spoke about his favorite collaborations. The mentions he put forth are recent but actually quite interesting.

He talking about the collaboration between himself and Flying Lotus, which was apparently record as Flying Lotus' house. That song/video has over 2.5M views and whereas that sounds impressive, it is a fraction of his other videos.

He also loves the collaboration he did with Schoolboy Q on 'Gees', where Delusion Thomas also made a short appearance. Finally, he mentions 'Objects In The Mirror' where mac sings with the band The Internet.

That video is a perfect example of with this interview is all about, as that was a purely creative venture, and not about selling music.

Here's a couple facts to consider though, all 3 collaborations combined have done less views than 'Best Day Ever', 'Donald Trump' and half a dozen other songs on YouTube.

I wouldn't blame the collborations though, Mac has strayed far away from his past style. Check out the interview:
