Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe of 'DWTS' Perform For the Ellen Show

The all new episodes of the Ellen Show continue with the Dancing With the Stars team of Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe.

The team talked about the challenged they faced and also performed live for the studio audience and viewers at home.

DeGeneres pointed out that Sweetin wasn't really surprised at how challenging the show would be.

Sweetin explained that because she and her Full House and Fuller House co-star Candace Cameron were close, she was able to learn what to expect since Cameron had already gone through it.

Sweetin told DeGeneres that Cameron revealed the show would be a wonderful experience, however, it would push her mentally, physically and even emotionally. Sweetin says she is surprised at how often she has cried.

Sweetin says she is not a super emotional person but she cries all of the time. Motsepe says that he is proud of his partner and loves her for what she is doing on the show.

DeGeneres pointed out that Sweetin has also been displaying her personal problems on the show and that she felt it was important for others to get a sense of what's going on. Sweetin says she has been very open about where her life was and how far she has come.

She says that this past year has been very amazing for her and she has learned to share her story.

She believes that the only things that can hold us back are the secrets we keep and that by sharing her story, it brings out the humanity in us all.
