The star has also been linked to Taylor Swift, Miles Teller, Jamie Chung and model Jessica Stam, who she also showed support for with an Instagram post of Stam's cover for Harper's Bazaar Russia.

Szohr took place in the Slates For Sarah walk-a-thon to benefit the late Sarah Jones who worked on the set of "The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals." Along with Szohr was Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley, Phoebe Tonkin, Joseph Morgan, and other cast and crew members for the show.
