Jen Selter Sends Her Fans A Sweet Message: Posts New Workout For The Booty

Fitness model Jen Selter sends some love to her fans via Twitter and continues to inspire them to get up and get fit with her newest workout post.

Selter sent out this tweet yesterday calling all of her followers beautiful. The message was interesting because he followers are a wide range of people.

The refer to every single one of them as beautiful shows careful thought and appreciation for her 760,000 Twitter followers. Of course the 760,000 Twitter followers are dwarfed by the whopping five million followers on Instagram.

Selter's photos often show off the body that she has worked hard to develop so there is no getting away from the fact that some of her followers may just be there for the eye-candy.

Either way Selter remains humble at all times and even shares her workout tips with her followers. Yesterday she posted a brand new routine to her Facebook page to try to help her fans get to her level of fitness.

"The gym is my therapy," wrote Selter. "Here's a simple workout to help lift that booty!

Her workout consists of:

50 Jumping Jacks
20 Squats
20 Body Weight Walking Lunges
15 Side Lunges (Each Side)
1 Minute Plank
20 Glute Bridges
15 Donkey Kicks ( Each Side)
30 Sec Wall Sit

Repeat 3-4X

She also says that she will be putting video content out soon and encouraged her fans to message her if they have any questions on these exercises.

Her main focus of the most recent workout is the booty that is part of the reason she has five million followers on Instagram.
