After his Dreamville artist Cozz released a hot new single last week J. Cole follows up with his remix to Maroon 5's "Animals."

"The rapper hasn't been the most active as of late, but hopefully all that changes in the near future," says HotNewHipHop.com.

"The tide could be turning today, as the North Carolina MC hops on the remix to Maroon 5's hit 'Animals.' On top of this, tomorrow the rapper is expected to appear on Jeremih's new single 'Planes.'"

The verse comes as yet another hip-hop artist shows a little style on a Maroon 5 hit. Previously Big Sean remixed "Maps" as the new subject material from the band becomes popular for remixes.

The verse is straight forward and contains the substance that fans are use to from Cole.

He also ends the verse with lyrics that would insinuate that he has left his marked on a woman saying that she will always be his.

While this remix is just a small offering from Cole fans are sure to be stirring now in hopes the he will bring them some more new material soon.
