Rapper Iggy Azalea took to her Twitter account to clear up rumors from her ex Maurice Williams, 33, and she also released info that he is facing charges for assault while clarifying the entire common law marriage issue.

According to DailyMail.co.uk, "Iggy Azalea met 33-year-old Maurice Williams, aka Hefe Wine, when she was a vulnerable 17-year-old 'fresh off the bus' from Australia." Daily Mail also reported that the star "filed suit against Williams last month, accusing him of stealing unreleased songs from her computer" and "last week Williams filed for 'divorce' from Iggy, claiming they had a common law marriage."

The Daily Mail also revealed that Williams is facing assault charges after allegedly, headbutting and attempting to strangle his girlfriend 28-year-old Annette Buitrago.Buitrago is also the mother of his three-year-old son.
