This week Hugh Jackman and his Eddie The Eagle co-star Taron Egerton took on the Ellen DeGeneres show as a part of their press tour.

While on the show Jackman talked about his role in the film, being wolverine and his family. Meanwhile, Egerton gave the term tongue-twister a new meaning when revealing the name village he was raised in.

Jackman took on the show solo at first where he told the story of how he finally came up with enough courage to tell his now wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, he had a crush on her. They met on his first job and says that anything that has happened in career, they have taken on together.

Furness was the star of the project they worked on together and confessed the fact that he had a crush on her during a dinner party he was hosting. Luckily for him, Furness also had a crush on him.

Jackman's kids are 15 and 11-years-old and he says that his son happens to be into a lot of books, the outdoors and even medicinal herbs. However, his daughter is a fan of DeGeneres and one of DeGeneres' most popular guests Sophia Grace.

DeGeneres asked Jackman if his son was impressed with the fact that his dad played Wolverine in the X-Men films, however, it doesn't appear that way.

Jackman told a story about his son and a new friend who seemed to be fascinated by Wolverine and was asking all sorts of questions.

"He said look, my dad is not tough, he's not cool he's nothing like Wolverine okay, so just get over it," according to Jackman.

Jackman didn't make the trip to the show alone, Taron Egerton, Jackman's co-star in Eddie The Eagle, the story of Great Britain's first ski jumper. After talking about the story DeGeneres pointed out that it was Egerton's first time on a talk show.

She asked Egerton where he was from and he said that he was Welsh, however he grew up in a village called llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. try saying that five times fast, actually, try saying that once.
