Aww! Ace the One-Eyed Kitten needs a home, Stern said on the his show Tuesday morning, and he's up for adoption now.

At four months old, the little kitty was brought to the North Shore Animal League America (NSALA) with an eye infection, and unfortunately, it couldn't be saved.

But Ace is perfectly healthy and in happy condition, resembling a furry pirate, or an adorable ogre.

"He's the sweetest kitten," Stern said. "He'll sit in your lap all day." Ace currently lives with Stern and his wife, Beth Stern Foster, whose involvement with NSALA is often spoken about on the Stern Show. "He's imperfectly perfect."

If you're interested in taking Ace in to your home, you can contact Beth Stern at BETHSTERNFOSTERS@GMAIL.COM. For more information, and photos of little Ace, visit this website. NSAL is one of the premiere pet rescue facilities in the country, and anyone looking to adopt should be prepared to be vetted and have character references.
