The publicized trial between Hulk Hogan and Gawker over an invasion of privacy after the site used portions of a sex tape in a post is certainly heating up.

Howard Stern shared his thoughts about the trial on the SiriusXM radio show and revealed who he thinks might have the upper hand.

The trial is under full swing and receiving a ton of media attention. Naturally the Stern Show used it as a topic of discussion and Stern believes that Hulk Hogan might win the case against Gawker.

"Robin said the editor's testimony was ridiculous. Howard said he had to go on and talk about what they posted," according to MarksFriggin.

"It was only about 9 seconds of sex but that's enough to f**k his mind up. Howard said at the trial they had to read the written description of what happens in the video and it was pretty graphic."

They discussed some of the graphic details on the show and Gary Dell'Abate revealed that Gawker actually has to put $100 million in Escrow to appeal the case.

Dell'Abate said that they don't have that kind of money which seems to make things easier for Hogan.
