As the mysterious murder plot heats up, this episode takes us even closer to learning who killed Lila Stangard.

In the flashbacks last episode, Asher realized the trophy is missing from his apartment, and goes to confront his classmates about stealing it.

Instead, he's distracted by a call from Bonnie, and in a shocking twist, they end up in bed together. In the end, Bonnie got a call from Annalise asking where Sam ws and saying that something has happened to him.

Watch the sneak preview:

Rebecca, who's been accused of Lila's murder, tells Annalise her side of the story. She and Griffin were on a date together, ended up kissing, when Lila attacked her while they were all on the roof top.

"Then I strangled her and stuffed her a water tank," she said. She then began laughing--it was a joke. Annalise told her take this prep seriously.

"You slut, white trash killer," Annalise says to Rebecca. "You made Griffin strangle that girl on the roof, you liked watching her die, because that's the piece of garbage you are! That's what everyone in the world is going to say about you.

You don't care, neither do I. I'm not the one who's going to be beaten, raped and violated. That's on you."

Meanwhile, news broke publicly that Rebecca and Griffin had a sexual relationship. The news reported that Rebecca had manipulated Griffin into killing Lila.

In court, Annalise defends Rebecca, claiming the allegations are "slut shaming." The judge stated that these allegations would be looked in to, and granted Annalise's request for a gag order.

Autopsy photos were revealed, showing several fingernail marks on the neck of Lila's body, suggesting Rebecca as the murderer. The court erupts in an uproar, but the evidence is accepted.

Annalise's husband, Sam, tries to win her trust back with soothing words, but Annalise needs more time. "Take all the time you want. I'll be here," he says.

The team begin investigating exceptions and reasons for the new evidence, when Wendy Parks, the prosecuting lawyer shows up.

Parks and Annalise retreat to Annalise's office, and the prosecutor reveals a witness who's testimony will destroy the new evidence. It seems Parks and Annalise are working together.

Annalise brings the man who examined Lila's body to the stand, and he said, on first thought, he believed the marks were bruises.

But, "I now think they're post-mortem bites," he said, from bugs. Nevertheless, fingernail marks left by Rebecca are ruled out.

Flashback: It's revealed Rebecca hit Sam in the head with the trophy, and Wes finds her and protects her, cleans her up, and sets her up in a hotel room. He is making the effort to cover up Rebecca's actions.

Back in real time, Rebecca is antagonizing her situation. "Hey there Mr. Darcy," she says to Sam as she walks by. Annalise's husband reveals to Annalise that Lila's parents didn't trust Griffin, and they believed he had ulterior motives.

Laurel found Lila's mother, and convinced her to testify in court against having Lila's body dug up and re-examined.

She goes on the stand, and successfully blocks the exhumation of Lila's body. But, in a sudden turn of events, Parks betrays Annalise and brings a motion forward to declare the marks on LIla's body were, in fact, fingernail marks.

Flashback: Rebecca kills time in the hotel room, and decides to call 911. When the dispatcher answers, she says, "I'm sorry, this a prank call," and hangs up.

But the phone rings. It's Wes, and he's calling to tell her that he and the Keating Five are taking care of "it".

Back on the case, the Keating Five work to find Ally Burnham at a local bar. Connor works his "charm" on Ally, and picks her brain for relationship advice--and the dish on Wendy Parks.

Wendy Parks worked out a plea deal with Keagan, and are supporting perjury. Bonnie suggests they take it to the courts and rat them out, but Annalise thinks there's another way.

In response, Annalise has Rebecca purposely violate the gag order, and tell the newspapers she was raped by Griffin.

In court, Annalise argues that Rebecca didn't know she was violating any order, but the action backfires, and the judge holds Annalise responsible. The judge then orders Lila's body to be exhumed, and second autopsy to commence.

Not too surprisingly, Rebecca and Wes hook up, and their relationship grows closer.

Later, Annalise's boyfriend approaches Rebecca when she is alone in a convenience store. "I know you didn't kill Lila Stangard," he tells her. "But we both know who did. I can help you catch her."

In the end, Bonnie finds out the marks on Lila's neck weren't fingernail marks--they were ant bites. But there's more. In the second autopsy, they discover that Lila was six weeks pregnant.
