YouTuber Felicia Ricci posted a video a few months back when Sia's "Chandelier" was first released and the singer has now stumbled upon it.

Yesterday Sia tweeted the YouTube video released by Ricci, where she completely breaks down the song so those who want to actually learn to sing the song properly can learn it using vowel and lyric modifications.

Sia's tweet read, "I love this person. I just learned SO MUCH." It looks like even Sia learned a few things she didn't know about herself while watching the video.

"This video breaks down "Chandelier" by Sia and recommends vowel and lyric modifications that help you place the sound for Sia's cool tone and styling, as well as focus your high belt," explains Ricci in her description. "This has some really high soaring parts that flip into head voice, and it's important to know where to place the sound.

Altering the lyrics with new vowels, consonants, and phrases will help your wrap your mouth around the sounds.

When it comes to singing and creating a signature sound (like Sia), you don't manipulate the cord, you manipulate the resonant space in your face and mouth."

She also warns singers that they need to be careful not to generate rasp.

Ricci appears to be very skilled at breaking down songs especially in her explanations and warnings to singers to be careful not to strain certain areas of their vocals.
