Star of the upcoming Finding Dory film, Eugene Levy stopped by The Ellen Show for Finding Dory Week to chat about the film with host, Ellen DeGeneres.

DeGeneres stated how much of a fan she is of Levy and when she heard he was playing Dory's dad she couldn't be happier.

They shared a photo of the first time their characters met in the film and Levy says he has played a lot of characters with small brains, however, this is the smallest it has ever gotten.

Levy is also used to playing the role of a dad. Diane Keaton happens to be the voice of Dory's mom in the film.

Both stars said it was fun watching Keaton do her voice before. DeGeneres said that Keaton has been drunk on her show a few times.

Levy said the last time he met Keaton it was through friends and the last time was at a dinner.

When they were walking out of the restaurant, Keaton had her hand around his wife, shoes in her hand and walking with her stockings down the street.

After the Finding Dory talk, DeGeneres and Levy spoke briefly about his new show, Schitt's Creek. The show is about a wealthy family who loses it all and ends up living in a town they bought as a joke.

Levy's son is actually in the show and also came up with the idea.

You can watch Levy's interview with DeGeneres below and catch both of them in Finding Dory when it hits theaters Friday, June 17.
