"Young and Hungry" star Emily Osment may be busy with her new show but she still found time to celebrate a friends birthday as they attended Katy Perry's Staple Center performance, part of her "Prismatic Tour."

Osment posted a photo to her Instagram page on September 22 with a caption reading, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOU LOU @sparklingsprawl #katyperry #prismatic #staples #22." The photo featured Osment and one of her friends clearly enjoying themselves at the concert as the smiles on their face and Osment's pose says it all.

Osment also took to Twitter to promote her brother, Haley Joel Osment, in his upcoming horror/comedy "Tusk" featuring Justin Long and Genesis Rodriquez.

She also joked about not being properly warned before seeing the movie either tweeting, "Was not warned properly b4 seeing @HaleyJoelOsment 's new movie TUSK last night & now I have irrational fears of Manitoba & 7/11 Big Gulps."

Osment is also know for humorous personality and she recently showed it as she tweeted, "This Fox News commercial just promoted a story about why Miss America got kicked out of her sorority.

Also just found out my brain can cry." Poking fun at the news that is being promoted on TV.

Fans of Osment can catch her on her ABC family show "Young & Hungry" on Wednesdays at 8:30 EST.
