Ellen DeGeneres Encourages Us All to Smile More

The Ellen Show has returned and with it a strong message from Ellen DeGeneres who had a problem with male commentators said Hillary Clinton needed to "smile more."
DeGeneres said she doesn't really keep up with politics but there was something that really got her goat.
She said it was extra frustrating and broke into commenting on Clinton securing the democratic nomination and making her way towards becoming the first female president. However, a few men criticized Clinton for not smiling enough during her speech.
DeGeneres said that there are a couple of things you never want to tell a woman. She joked that you should never tell a woman to smile, calm down, relax or drink less.
DeGeneres said the speech was very passionate. She continued to make a point that the commentators didn't tell Ted Cruz, Bernie Sanders or Donald Trump to smile more.
DeGeneres said she hears women complaining about men asking them to smile while walking down the street.
She told her audience and viewers that she does believe that everyone should smile more but only on their terms, before breaking into her famous dance intros. You can watch DeGeneres' message in the video below.
