It hasn't been too long after Celine Dion lost her husband Rene Angelil however, she stopped by The Ellen Show to talk about how she is coping with the loss and even busted out some serious raps.

DeGeneres told Dion that she had not seen her since her husband passed and expressed how sorry she was for the singer's loss. Dion said that it is tough however, it is part of our life and life imposed that on Angelil.

She told DeGeneres that she is fortunate that Angelil gave her three magnificent children, wonderful pieces of luggage, she joked. She also thanked him for the confidence to keep going.

Dion said the hardest thing is not to lose somebody that you love, but to see them suffer. She finds comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering and felt proud of how she prepared her children to live without his presence.

It wasn't all about her loss during her visit. Celine Dion had a little fun as DeGeneres encouraged her to grow as an artist by having her perform rap songs.

DeGeneres said the words would come up and she could interpret it in her own voice. She started by singing the lyrics to Nelly's "Hot In Herre," followed by "Shots" from LMFAO and Lil Jon.

She continued with "Work Bitch" by Britney Spears, which wasn't quite rap. She totally transformed Missy Elliot's "Work It." You can watch Celine Dion's highlights from The Ellen Show in the video below.
