Stars of The Big Bang Theory are no strangers to the Ellen DeGeneres show, however, Melissa Rauch visited the show for the first time and was pretty excited to be there.

She even told a story about being pulled over and much more during her visit.

Rauch told DeGeneres that she was excited to be on the show because she is a huge fan and has been for years. She added that she was sort of freaking out just being there.

Rauch says that she actually had a VHS tape of DeGeneres when she was on Carson and played it over and over again at the age of 7.

Rauch revealed that she was obsessed with comedy as a kid and wouldn't ever go outside.

She revered DeGeneres' "phone call to God" skit as the best standup routine of all time. DeGeneres was pretty impressed that she got that routine as a 7-year-old. Rauch even performed it for the talent show but it didn't go quite as well.

Rauch says that it is a dream to work on The Big Bang Theory and that everyone was so nice when she started.

DeGeneres wanted to get into The Bronze, a film that Rauch starred in, produced and wrote. Rauch wrote the film with her husband and says she is still trying to bleed the best ideas competition in their relationship.

The film was shot in Ohio and Rauch talks about getting pulled over by the cops because her husband was speeding. Rauch says her husband was trying to get out of the ticket and reached into the backseat to get the call sheet to explain that they were shooting a movie there.

She said that the police thought he was pulling out a gun and told her husband to put his hand on the wheel, asked Rauch to get out of the car and called for backup.

The cop even asked her if she was kidnapped but upon shining the flashlight in her face and asking her if she was Bernadette Rostenkowski, they let them off and gave them a police escort to Friendly's.

You can watch the interview in the video below and catch Rauch in The Bronze, on Friday March 18.
