Australian street artist and exhibitionist Illma Gore has recently made headlines as the woman raising funds to have her entire body covered in tattoos, and has posted a picture to her Instagram of the first tattoo to grace her backside.

It's a small one, but a good start to what will undoubtedly be a long, tedious, and overall intriguing work of art.

Gore's project, "Tattoo Me," is currently on gofundme.com, and as of writing, has raised $14,042 of it's $15,000 goal.

A donation of $10 gets your name or a couple of words, while a $100 donation gets a small picture.

The money raised will help Gore launch her first solo show in America called "One Hundred Little Stories," which is an exploration into "our physical image."

She was recently participated in a television interview with Sunrise in Australia.

She informed viewers that she wanted to create an inimitable, unsalable, completely original work of art, created by the world and for it.

She is open to having literally anything tattooed on her body, but she will not tolerate hate or discrimination.

Not long ago, she originally wanted to fund her project through Kickstarter, but her campaign was suspended with very little explanation. The Kickstarter campaign was highly successful before it came to a halt.
