Arrow Star Stephen Amell Wrestling A Singles Match At 'All In' Event

The current star of Arrow, Stephen Amell, has just announced via his official social media pages that he will be wrestling his first ever singles match later this year.

The CW star will be going one-on-one with none other than wrestling veteran Christopher Daniels.

Stephen Amell made the announcement for the match on his official Instagram page. You can read what he had to say posted down below.

"Being an undefeated professional wrestler and Slammy award winner isn’t something I take lightly. I expect that my first singles match will be a decisive victory."

This is not the first time that Amell has wrestled inside of a wrestling ring.

The actor wrestled in a tag team match three years ago at WWE SummerSlam 2015. He teamed up with Neville to face the duo of Bad News Barrett and Stardust.

Amell was supposed to have another match with Stardust in WWE, but Cody Rhodes left the company before that could happen.

Cody Rhodes is now instead wrestling in the independent scene and is making more money now than he did working in WWE.

Amell's match with Christopher Daniels is taking place on September 1st, 2018 at the "All In" event.

This event has been booked by the aforementioned Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks. It is being touted as being the biggest ever independent wrestling show in history.

Amell usually does most of his own stunts in Arrow so he should not have too much trouble going up against Christopher Daniels.

Not to mention Daniels is a veteran in the wrestling industry so he should help Amell get through the match easily.
