With his album release just one week away, The Weeknd took to Twitter to inform his fans that his Instagram account has been hacked once again.

Judging from the nature of his tweet, it's not the first time it's happened. This is the second time in a week that The Weeknd's Instagram account was hacked.

Gold Crown Magazine reported that The Weeknd's Instagram account was hacked on August 13, where the R&B superstar took to Twitter to express his apologies to the fans who were affected.

The hackers commented and replied to fan comments and some of his fans actually noticed.

Now, The Weeknd is suffering yet another Instagram hack and fans are pretty surprised that it's happened again. Having an official Instagram account isn't enough to guard celebrities from being hacked.

Even high profile celebrities like The Weeknd who has 2.4 million followers.

"The internet is a dangerous place," said The Weeknd in another tweet. "There are people constantly trying to ruin us but I'm confident that I have your patience and support.XO"

The hack to The Weeknd's account should raise concern among other celebrities especially those who have millions of fans that could be trolled by hackers.

The Weeknd is finding out first hand that the internet is full of dangerous people. His "Beauty Behind The Beast" album is scheduled to be released on August 28.
