It has been a pretty busy couple of weeks for Coldplay's Chris Martin. This week a new video of Chris Martin and Jimmy Fallon performing David Bowie's "Life on Mars?" has surfaced and it's amazing.

Last week Martin visited the Howard Stern SiriusXM radio show and performed "Life on Mars?" live.

He also stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about the latest album, A Head Full of Dreams and the big Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show.

It looks like while he was backstage, he and Fallon cooked up something special.

In the video below, Fallon runs into Martin back stage. Martin is playing along on a piano and begins playing "Life on Mars?" Fallon chimes in with his best David Bowie voice, singing along as Martin played on. Fallon actually had some pretty impressive vocals and performed the song in its entirety without and vocals from Martin.

It felt like a solid tribute to one of the greatest artists of all time. For a little comedic relief, Fallon leaves Martin by telling him to keep working on the song.
