Well this was very unexpected as Wale, Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign combine their talents for the new track, "The Summer League," a feature that only serves to hype Wale's "The Album About Nothing" project.

"The Summer League" was previewed on Hot 97's radio show with Wale's "The Album About Nothing" just one week away. The song is pretty short but features some solid verses from Wale and West with an excellent hook from Dolla $ign.

The beat is pretty busy with the sounds of basketballs or feet hitting a hardwood basketball court. It's fitting as the annual "Summer League" basketball tournament and festivities normally bring out some of the best ballers and hottest celebrities.

The D.C. and Chi-Town connection works well and with a feature filled track such as "The Summer League," Wale looks to be preparing fans for one of his best works so far. However, according to HotNewHipHop, the track will not be a part of the album and is merely serving the purpose of building the hype for the project.

"Although Ye and Dolla $ign don't appear on TAAN, it does feature J. Cole, Usher, Jeremih and SZA," reports HNHH.

The album will still have solid features and from Wale's past pieces of work, fans should probably expect some of his poetic style to shine through as well. In the meantime, fans can enjoy some new Kanye West and Wale.
