It is with critical praise already from the likes of NPR, Pitchfork, SPIN Magazine, VOGUE, the BBC and beyond that Until The Ribbon Breaks announce the release of their highly anticipated debut album A Lesson Unlearnt out on November 4th.

It's style, straight out of a golden era when the mix-tape reigned supreme, embraces a love of old school hip-hop, pop and electronic beats, cleverly weaved together to create sounds, samples and lyrics not unlike that of previous musical genre-hopping masters including Bowie, Beck, Prince, Portishead, Primal Scream and Massive Attack.

Pete Lawrie-Winfield (lead vox, keys, percussion, brass) stated, "I reached a point where creativity no longer held the same spark and I needed to learn a new way to express what I was feeling. I needed to 'unlearn' and start again.

I needed to re-imagine the endless possibility and infinite chance of sitting in front of a piano, a drum machine and a movie projector.... to empty the mind - A Lesson Unlearnt."

Bringing the album to life, the band, Pete Lawrie-Winfield, James Gordon (synth); and Elliot Wall (drums), will be hitting the road as direct support to fellow British trip-hop trio London Grammar.

The 13-date tour will commence on November 7th in Washington, D.C and will wrap on November 29th in Oakland, California. Full list of tour dates is provided below!
